Northern Spark Pancake Feed

Celebrate Northern Spark with the camaraderie that comes from a night spent in the company of others who adore art and the city. Chef Paul Berglund of The Bachelor Farmer joins forces with Al’s Breakfast to serve pancakes to the people after a night of adventures. It’s a breakfast dream team in the grand environment of Aria—the best of all possible worlds.

Featuring a special guest performance by TEDGlobal artist Miwa Matreyek. And 89.3 The Current Host Jacquie Fuller will be spinning records to boost your sunrise mood. Come share your stories with fellow Northern Spark attendees. Purchase tickets in advance for either the 5:26 am or 7 am seating here.

Sunrise Splendor: Host a breakfast table and treat your guests to VIP seating, special Northern Spark surprises and sleepy-but-happy visits from Northern Spark artists and curators. Seats 8 • includes gift packs at each place • $500/$1000

To reserve a table, contact Development Director Molly Balcom Raleigh, molly@northern.lights.mn.

The second seating will feature a drawing for a unique raffle prize — an original installation custom-created by artist HOTTEA for your home or property. Raffle tickets will be onsale throughout the night at Northern Spark Info Hubs and at both seatings of the Pancake Feed.

Miwa Matreyek is an internationally recognized animator, designer, and multimedia artist based in Los Angeles. She’s shown animated short films and live media/performance works at TEDGlobal (UK), Sundance Film Festival, ISEA, Theatre de la Cité (France), Anima Mundi Animation Festival (Brazil), REDCAT, the Exploratorium, and many more.

Jacquie Fuller is the host of “Teenage Kicks,” 89.3 The Current’s retro modern rock show, which airs Saturday mornings at 8. She’s also a published poet and fiction writer and co-founder of Prairie Fire Lady Choir.

Presented by Northern Lights.mn, The Bachelor Farmer, Aria and Al’s Breakfast.

Miwa Matreyek’s performance is presented with generous support from Askov Finlayson and First & First.
